How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed the payment, you will be navigated to the “Thank You” page on our website where you will be provided the order confirmation details. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation on your registered e-mail id.

What are the Shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders with value above Rs. 1,000. Shipping charges of Rs. 99 will be applicable on orders with value less than Rs. 1,000.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking and mobile wallet options at checkout. We also accept cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Are taxes included in the product price?

All our prices our inclusive of GST.

Is it safe to use my Credit / Debit card on the website?

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer International Shipping through our other website houseofekamworld.com or you can reach out to us at contact@houseofekam.com.

After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?

We endeavour to dispatch orders* within 2 working days to all pin codes supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.

* Note: Made-to-order or made-to-measure products (Curtains, women’s clothing, kid’s clothing, cushions, etc.) will be shipped within 7 – 10 working days. Rugs (Made-to-order) will be shipped in 30-45 working days. 

How long before I receive my order?

How can I check where is my shipment?

You will receive a whatsapp and e-mail with tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also track your order through your account section on our website. You can also write to us at contact@houseofekam.com or whatsapp us at +91 9313362755 for status.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product(s). Please whatsapp or email us at +91 93133 62755 or contact@houseofekam.com.

Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.

All our curtains are made-to order and hence we do not offer returns on curtains and custom orders. In such cases, we offer exchange in case of manufacturing defect only.

Refund will be issued as Store Credit only.

We offer exchange for size-related issued in women’s clothing & kid’s clothing within 7 days of the receipt of the product. First exchange of a product(s) is free of cost. Every subsequent exchange will attract a shipping fee of Rs. 199 per instance.

Can I cancel my order?
