Refund, Returns,Exchange and Cancellations Policy

Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.

 * We do not accept returns of orders / products purchased with any discount or during a sale.

Refund details: Refund will be issued as Store Credit only.

Exchange details (Only applicable for size-related issue in women’s clothing & kid’s clothing within 7 days of receipt of the product): First exchange of a product is free of cost. Every subsequent exchange will attract a shipping fee of Rs. 199 per instance.

Manufacturing Defect: Intimation of manufacturing defect in a product(s) should be done within 2 calendar days of receipt of the product with photograph. Please whatsapp or call us on +91 9313362755. We will review the case and offer appropriate resolution.
