Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before processing returns or exchange. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.

Exchange details (Only applicable for size-related issue in women’s clothing & kid’s clothing within 7 days of receipt of product): First exchange of a product is free of cost. Every subsequent exchange will attract a shipping fee of Rs. 199 per instance.
